The short version
Caisse Manager is a software platform for running point-of-sale operations. You agree to use it for its intended purpose, pay for the plan you signed up for, and not abuse the service. We agree to keep the platform running, protect your data, and give reasonable notice before changing the terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the actions taken under your account, including those by staff you grant access to. Keep your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly per active counter, unless you have agreed to annual or custom terms in writing. Pricing changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply at the start of the following billing cycle.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the Backoffice. Your service remains active until the end of the current billing period. We can export your operational data on request for up to 90 days after cancellation; after that it is permanently deleted.
Acceptable use
Don't use the platform to break the law, infringe on others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do, with notice when possible.
Liability
The platform is provided on a best-effort basis. We commit to the uptime SLAs in your plan and will credit downtime accordingly. Beyond that, our liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior 12 months, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the city of Casablanca unless we mutually agree otherwise.
