1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of CM Lead Connect, the integration operated by Caisse Manager that connects the Meta Platforms (Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and Lead Ads) to our CRM module. By connecting a Meta asset to our platform, you (“Merchant”) agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Caisse Manager is a point‑of‑sale and business‑management software provider based in Rabat, Morocco. CM Lead Connect lets Merchants connect their own Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Lead‑Ad forms and (where enabled) ad accounts in order to manage conversations, contacts, leads and related insights inside the Caisse Manager platform.
3. Eligibility and your assets
You may connect only assets that you own or are authorised to manage, and you confirm that you have all rights and consents needed to allow us to access and process the related data on your behalf, including informing your own customers as required by applicable law.
4. Acceptable use and platform compliance
You agree to use CM Lead Connect lawfully and in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, Community Standards, messaging policies (including the messaging window and the rules distinguishing promotional from utility messages) and advertising policies. You will not use messaging features to send spam or unsolicited promotional content, and you will honour recipients’ opt‑outs.
5. Responsibilities
You are the data controller for your customers’ data and are responsible for your messages, campaigns and lawful basis for processing. Caisse Manager acts as your service provider and processes data according to your instructions and our Privacy Policy.
6. Third‑party platforms
The Meta Platforms are operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., not by Caisse Manager, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. Your use is also subject to Meta’s terms. Meta may change, limit or discontinue its APIs at any time, which may affect or interrupt CM Lead Connect; we are not liable for such third‑party changes or outages.
7. Intellectual property
The Caisse Manager platform and the CM Lead Connect software are owned by Caisse Manager. You retain ownership of your own data and content.
8. Data protection
Our handling of personal data obtained through the Meta Platforms is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Disclaimers
CM Lead Connect is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caisse Manager is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third‑party platform changes or outages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Caisse Manager against claims arising from your misuse of CM Lead Connect, your content or messages, or your breach of Meta’s policies or applicable law.
12. Suspension and termination
You may disconnect your Meta assets at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or Meta’s policies, or as required by Meta or by law. On termination, we handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of CM Lead Connect after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Rabat, Morocco.
