Caisse Manager is a point‑of‑sale and business‑management provider. Our CRM module lets our business customers (“Merchants”) connect their own Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Lead‑Ad forms to manage their conversations and leads. This page explains how to request deletion of personal data we obtained through those Meta Platforms (Facebook, Messenger, Instagram).
What data this covers
Data we may hold from the Meta integration includes: a sender’s name and profile picture, platform identifiers (PSID, IGSID, id, ids_for_business), message content and timestamps from conversations sent to a Merchant’s connected Page/Instagram, and Lead‑Ad form submissions (such as name, email and phone).
How to request deletion
You can use either method:
Option 1 — Remove our app (automatic)
- On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find CM Lead Connect, and choose Remove.
- On Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites, select CM Lead Connect, and choose Remove.
- Removing the app signals us to delete the data associated with your profile.
Option 2 — Email us
- Send a request to [privacy@caissemanager.com] with the subject “Meta data deletion”.
- Include the platform (Facebook or Instagram) and, if you can, the Page or account you contacted, so we can locate your records.
What we delete and when
Once we receive or detect a deletion request, we permanently delete the personal data we obtained through the Meta Platforms for the person concerned — including their contact record, conversations, messages and any linked Lead‑Ad submission — within [30] days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records. Because each Merchant controls their own customers’ data, we process the deletion together with the relevant Merchant.
Confirmation
We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete. If you contacted us via email, keep our reply as your confirmation reference.
